Si vous effectuez une réclamation, vous recevrez, suivant sa date d’envoi :
- Un accusé de réception dans un délai maximum de 10 jours,
- Une réponse, qu’elle soit positive ou négative dans un délai maximum de 2 mois.
Si toutefois, aucune solution n’avait pu être trouvée, ou que notre réponse ne vous convenait pas, vous avez la possibilité d’utiliser les voies de recours en vous adressant directement à votre organisme d’assurance et/ou au médiateur compétent. Dans ce cas-là, nous vous invitons à vous reporter directement aux conditions générales ou à la notice d’information de votre contrat d’assurance, dans lesquelles figurent les coordonnées et les modalités de saisine de l’organisme d’assurance et du médiateur. Les coordonnées du médiateur concerné par votre contrat peuvent également vous être communiquées sur simple demande en nous contactant.

If you make a claim, you will receive, according to the date of sending:
- An acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum of 10 days,
- An answer, whether positive or negative, within a maximum of 2 months.
If however, no solution could be found, or if our answer does not suit you, you have the possibility of using the recourse channels by addressing yourself directly to your insurance organization and/or to the competent mediator. In this case, we invite you to refer directly to the general terms and conditions or to the information notice of your insurance contract, in which the contact details and procedures for referring the matter to the insurance company and the mediator are given. The contact details of the mediator concerned by your contract can also be communicated to you on request by contacting us.
